I noticed that the website also said " The Mission of the AFREA is to Represent and Support Rural Electrification Associations by responding to Legislative, Regulatory, and Operational needs for a Sustainable Future." They also stated " Keeping you up to date on the latest REA business and power industry news. An Investment in Your Future. An Investment in Your Future." The meta header had electrical as the first keyword. This keyword was followed by rural, association, and alberta which isn't as important as electrical.
